Job summary

Downs Food Group is a local family-owned company in Minnesota seeking team players for a part-time QA Technician role. Shift is 4pm–2am, with hours varying Monday through Friday and occasional weekends. Wage is $16–$20/hr, with benefits including a 401(k), health, life, and disability insurance, paid holidays and vacation.

Candidate must have a high school diploma or GED. We value reliability and promptness.

• Pre-operational inspection of the plant.

Department: QA Tech

Hours: various hours available, Monday - Friday, occassionally weekends

Essential Responsibilities And Duties

• Pre-operational inspection of the plant
• Monitor and ensure compliance with GMP and SSOP programs
• Communicate with sanitation, USDA, supervisors and other associates
• Demonstrate excellent attendance and punctuality.

Environment:

Continuously- working around moving machinery, working in a cold, hot, slippery and damp environment.
