Job summary

Richardson International seeks a Quality Assurance Technician for our pasta production facility in New Hope, Minnesota. The role focuses on testing samples to ensure product quality and safety, auditing production for accuracy, and addressing non-conforming products to prevent hazards.

The position requires a high school diploma, QA experience, and the ability to work weekends, holidays, and overtime on an overnight 10:00pm–6:00am schedule. Competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• Experience in a food manufacturing environment.
• Able to work weekends, holidays and overtime as needed.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience in QA testing.

Responsibilities

• Test samples to ensure product quality, safety, and specification compliance.
• Audit production and packaging for accuracy in shapes, specifications, storage, packaging, labeling and coding.
• Identify and manage non-conforming products and food safety hazards, ensuring issues are investigated and solutions are recommended.
• Maintain records, documentation, and retention samples.
• Proactively identify and execute on continuous improvement opportunities.

Pay Range: $24.00 - $26.00

Schedule: 10:00pm - 6:00am Sunday-Thursday
