Job summary

Richardson International in New Hope, MN, is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations at our pasta production facility. The role focuses on safety, quality, and productivity while developing front-line teams.

Schedule and hours are nights: Sunday to Thursday 10:30pm–7:30am. Pay is between $77,000 and $84,000 per year, with competitive benefits and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 3 years of manufacturing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as business needs require.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily production activities to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective operations while meeting production throughput, quality, and labor utilization targets.
• Supervise, coach, and develop frontline employees through performance management, training, communication, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Monitor production, quality, and safety performance metrics; identify opportunities for continuous improvement and support implementation of Lean manufacturing and operational improvement initiatives.
• Partner with Safety, Quality, Maintenance, and Sanitation teams to maintain compliance with food safety, GMP, sanitation, and workplace safety standards, including participation in audits, investigations, and corrective actions.
• Lead shift communications, team huddles, and operational coordination activities while supporting emergency response efforts and maintaining accurate operational documentation and reporting.

• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement methodologies, and behavior-based safety programs
