We currently have an opportunity for a Quality Assurance (QA) Lab Technician at our Carrington, ND durum milling and pasta production facility, where we produce Dakota Growers pasta.Responsibilities:Test samples to ensure product quality, safety, and specification complianceAudit production and packaging for accuracy in shapes, specifications, storage, packaging, labeling and codingIdentify and manage non-conforming products and food safety hazards, ensuring issues are investigated and recommending solutionsMaintain records, documentation, and retention samplesProactively identify and execute on continuous improvement opportunitiesQualifications:High school diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited institutionAble to work weekends, holidays and overtime as neededExperience with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in food related field (Food Science, Chemistry, Microbiology, Biochemistry, etc.)Experience in quality assurance testingPhysical Requirements:Qualified candidates must be able to perform the following physical job requirements, with or without reasonable accommodation:Crouch, kneel, stoop, reach above shoulders, bend, balance, climb, work on ladder, push, pull, grasp, feel, perform fine manipulation, lift/carry (up to 50 pounds), sit, stand and walk for extended periodsWork in dusty, high heat/humidity environmentCommunicate verbally and in writing, and distinguish objects or equipment visuallyWork 12-hour shiftsShift: 6am-6pm or 6pm-6amSchedule: Rotating DaysStarting Pay: $21.50/hrInterested candidates should apply online by 11/20/2026.
