Job summary

Richardson's in North Dakota is seeking a quality assurance technician to test samples and audit production and packaging for accuracy. You will identify non-conforming products, investigate hazards, and help improve processes.

The role requires a high school diploma and willingness to work 12-hour shifts, including weekends and overtime. Relocation support may be available; starting pay is $21.50/hr with a full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, and training

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited institution.
• Able to work weekends, holidays and overtime as needed.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Test samples to ensure product quality, safety, and specification compliance.
• Audit production and packaging for accuracy in shapes, specifications, storage, packaging, labeling and coding.
• Identify and manage non-conforming products and food safety hazards, ensuring issues are investigated and recommending solutions.
• Maintain records, documentation, and retention samples.
• Proactively identify and execute on continuous improvement opportunities.

• Schedule: Rotating Days
