Job summary

Richardson International Limited is seeking an Evening Machine Operator at our New Hope, MN pasta production facility. The role offers a base pay of $26.48 per hour with an additional $0.50 per hour for the second shift (Evenings 3p-11p).

Responsibilities include operating packaging equipment, maintaining logs, and ensuring product quality. This position requires flexibility for weekends, holidays, and overtime and adherence to safety procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• Experience operating machines in a food manufacturing facility is preferred.
• Ability to respond to alarms and resolve problems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Operate packaging equipment and tote stations according to product specifications, ensuring accurate weights, coding, and product quality.
• Adjust, troubleshoot, clean, inspect, and perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on equipment to support efficient operation.
• Complete and maintain accurate machine logs, downtime records, repair documentation, and work order requests as required.
• Follow all health, safety, and fire prevention procedures and perform other duties as assigned.

We currently have an opportunity for a Machine Operator - Evenings at our New Hope, MN pasta production facility. We are offering a salary of $26.48 per hour with additional $0.50 per hour for the 2nd Shift (Evenings 3p-11p).

Responsibilities

• Operate packaging equipment and tote stations according to product specifications, ensuring accurate weights, coding, and product quality.
• Adjust, troubleshoot, clean, inspect, and perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on equipment to support efficient operation.

Physical Requirements
