Publix Super Markets, Inc. is seeking a Quality Assurance Team Leader to participate on the floor with associates and managers, covering for vacations and absences. This role involves performing tasks of the Department Manager when needed and planning job skill training for all staff.

You will develop HACCP plans, monitor SQF programs, and liaise with regulators and auditors. Strong communication, GMP knowledge, and dedication to food safety are essential.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Some college coursework in Business, Engineering, and/or Food Science
• Ability to learn and perform all positions

Mansioni

• On-the-floor leader supporting associates and managers and covering vacations/absences
• Plan and conduct job skill training for all associates
• Lead and drive improvement of plant operations through continuous improvement projects
• Study and analyze KPI’s and data to apply departmental improvements
• Maintain GMPs, food safety programs, and related SOPs
• Communicate food safety and quality programs to QA and other departments

Formazione

High school diploma or equivalent

Some college coursework in Business, Engineering, and/or Food Science
