Job summary

Publix Super Markets is seeking an Administrative Support / Quality Assurance professional in Lakeland to analyze, process, and report regulatory food safety inspection data and pest control information.

The role involves elevating urgent issues, reviewing monthly pest control invoices, and coordinating with the service provider and internal teams to ensure timely support and accuracy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• 1 year of experience in an office administration position with data review, interpretation, and reporting experience.
• Safe Mark or equivalent – Food Safety Manager Certification (can be acquired within first year)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information and work under deadlines with accuracy.
• Strong computer skills including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing, processing, and reporting regulatory food safety inspection information and pest control data with retail and key support.
• Elevating and facilitating timely support of urgent food safety or pest-related concerns.
• Supporting the detailed review of monthly pest control invoices.
• Working closely with the service provider, retail food safety team, and various key internal customers.
