Job summary

This role collaborates with development and operations teams to ensure reliability and performance of payment solutions, including terminal provisioning, software upgrades, and lifecycle management.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in QA or support for payment systems.
• 2+ years with payment terminals (Ingenico or Castles preferred).
• 2+ years with payment processing systems, TMS, and terminal provisioning.
• 2+ years in trace log analysis, troubleshooting, and payment testing.

Responsibilities

• Perform QA testing and provide technical support for payment terminal solutions.
• Troubleshoot issues by analyzing trace logs and system behavior.
• Validate, test, and support certification of payment applications.
• Configure, deploy, and maintain payment terminals, including OS and application loading.
• Manage and support Terminal Management Systems (TMS) and hosted estate management platforms.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues.
• Support terminal provisioning, software upgrades, and lifecycle management activities.
• Document defects, resolutions, test cases, and technical procedures.
• Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and testing best practices.
