Job summary

NTT DATA North America is seeking a detail-oriented QA / Technical Support Engineer with hands-on experience in payment systems and terminal management to join our client project in Georgia. The role focuses on ensuring quality, diagnosing issues, and supporting deployment of payment terminals.

You will analyze logs, assist in testing and certification of payment applications, and collaborate with development and operations teams to resolve defects while ensuring reliable terminal lifecycle

Qualifications

• Experience in QA and/or technical support roles.
• Familiarity with payment terminals (Ingenico or Castles Technology).
• Strong understanding of payment processing systems and workflows.
• Ability to debug and analyze trace/system logs.
• Experience with Terminal Management Systems (TMS).
• Knowledge of terminal provisioning (OS and app loading).
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).

Responsibilities

• Provide QA and technical support for payment terminal solutions.
• Troubleshoot issues by analyzing trace logs and system behavior.
• Support testing, validation, and certification of payment applications.
• Assist in deployment and configuration of payment terminals, including OS and application loading.
• Work with terminal management systems (TMS), including hosted estate management tools.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to identify and resolve defects.
• Ensure smooth operation and lifecycle management of payment devices.
• Document issues, resolutions, and testing procedures.
