Job summary

Pilgrims is seeking a Quality Assurance Supervisor for the Kill Plant in the United States. You will supervise FSQA personnel, implement quality and food safety programs, and ensure regulatory compliance. Must be willing to work 3rd shift and lead training across teams.

Responsibilities include HACCP/SSOP execution, coordinating safety training, and managing QA technicians with Kronos timekeeping. Strong leadership and English/Spanish communication are preferred.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience required, preferably in poultry processing or slaughter operations.
• Experience with USDA and OSHA regulations.
• GFSI/BRC training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead FSQA team activities and implement food safety and quality programs like HACCP and SSOP.
• Coordinate training (e.g., LOTO) and report unsafe acts to prevent incidents.
• Collaborate with operations and USDA personnel to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Support root cause analysis and ensure customer quality programs are followed.
• Manage hourly QA technicians including scheduling and timekeeping.
