Job summary

Pilgrim’s is seeking a HACCP Supervisor to lead and oversee HACCP/SSOP programs and ensure regulatory compliance in a poultry plant. The role requires collaboration with the FSQA team and ongoing documentation through records reviews and timely reporting.

This position is on third shift and requires strong communication, problem solving, and a proactive approach to quality control. Benefits include health coverage and 401(k) matching.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year HACCP experience in a Poultry environment preferred.
• Familiar with plant sanitation standards and GMP requirements in poultry.
• Strong math, analytical skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Directs and administers HACCP and SSOP programs across the plant.
• Reviews records for completeness and correctness.
• Provides timely reports to QA leadership and participates in monthly HACCP meetings.
