Job summary

Branding Iron Holdings is seeking a QA Supervisor to lead quality assurance and food safety operations at the Sauk Rapids plant. The role ensures products meet safety and quality standards, supports development and maintenance of SQF and related systems, and collaborates across teams to drive continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will have HACCP and SQF training, strong documentation skills, and the ability to mentor QA staff while ensuring regulatory compliance and accurate labeling for

Qualifications

• Language Skills: ability to read/understand simple instructions and write simple correspondence.
• Math Skills: ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure.
• Reasoning Ability: apply common sense to carry out instructions and solve problems.
• Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: HACCP Training, Implementing SQF Systems Training.
• Physical Demands: ability to stand for prolonged periods and perform tasks requiring effort.

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality standards have been met.
• Complete HACCP, SSOP and other department paperwork.
• Support GMPs and SSOPs and follow up on deficiencies.
• Perform daily QA inspections as needed.
• Calibrate equipment and ensure proper documentation.
• Coordinate samples to outside laboratories.
• Assist in GMP audits and document findings.
• Provide training to QA Techs and support QA Manager.
