Branding Iron Holdings seeks a QA Supervisor at the Sauk Rapids Plant to lead quality assurance and food safety operations, ensuring products meet safety, legal and regulatory requirements while fostering a strong food safety culture.
You will oversee HACCP, SSOP, and SQF-related programs, perform inspections, calibrate equipment, coordinate lab samples, and mentor QA Technicians. This role requires HACCP/SQF training and hands-on leadership in a fast-paced production environment.

Supervises quality assurance and food safety operations. Ensures that products meet or exceed all requirements critical for product safety, legal compliance, regulatory compliance, and quality. Additional responsibilities involve maintaining a food safety culture, assisting the development, validation and maintaining Food Safety and Food Quality systems consistent with the SQF Code certification requirements.

Language Skills: Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos in English. Ability to write simple correspondence.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: HACCP Training, Implementing SQF Systems Training.
Physical Demands: Requires varying degrees of pushing, pulling, and reaching for patties. Occasionally perform difficult manipulative tasks. Able to perform tasks requiring action of muscles or groups of muscles such as walking and stooping. Able to stand for prolonged periods (8 hour shift).

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to:
Competitive base salary ($70,000 to $80,000 annually). Base salary is one component of a competitive compensation package for employees. Full benefits package, including medical/ vision/ dental/life insurance, 401(k) with company match, and paid time off. We take into consideration a variety of factors including, but not limited to, skills, abilities, experience, education, credentials, and internal equity when determining the base salary offered. Roles are eligible for additional rewards, including an annual incentive program based on individual and company performance.
