Job summary

Branding Iron Holdings seeks a QA Supervisor at the Sauk Rapids Plant to lead quality assurance and food safety operations, ensuring products meet safety, legal and regulatory requirements while fostering a strong food safety culture.

You will oversee HACCP, SSOP, and SQF-related programs, perform inspections, calibrate equipment, coordinate lab samples, and mentor QA Technicians. This role requires HACCP/SQF training and hands-on leadership in a fast-paced production environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions in English and write simple correspondence.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic operations in all units of measure.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions and solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality standards have been met.
• Complete HACCP, SSOP and other department paperwork.
• Support GMPs/SSOPs and follow up on deficiencies.
• Perform daily QA inspections.
• Calibrate and document equipment.
• Coordinate samples to outside laboratory.
• Conduct monthly GMP audits and document findings.
• Provide training to QA Technicians.
• Assist QA Manager with assigned tasks.
• Communicate food safety rules and regulatory requirements to staff.
