Job summary

Volunteers of America Colorado is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to strengthen data integrity and compliance across Service Coordination and Durango Shelter programs in the Denver metro area.

You will oversee QA monitoring, STRAT Reviews, and data entry in WellSky, AASC Online, and HMIS, provide staff training, and generate QA reports for leadership, with background checks and DV training required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in public administration, business administration, education, human services, social work, or closely related field or equivalent relevant experience.
• Demonstrated high proficiency with electronic database systems such as WellSky, AASC Online, and HMIS.
• Ability to read and analyze data quickly and learn new database systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform QA monitoring and data quality checks across programs.
• Review client files, service plans, documentation standards, and overall data quality for accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate STRAT Reviews and track findings to support continuous improvement.
• Provide technical assistance and training to staff on QA tools and processes.
• Prepare QA reports for leadership and assist with program evaluations and outcome analysis.
