Job summary

Diversified is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager - Electronic Security to drive consistency and quality across ESS project delivery. You’ll reinforce installation standards for access control, CCTV, and intrusion detection, and work closely with project teams and field engineers to ensure client requirements are met.

Based in a home office with up to 25% regional travel, you will improve delivery standards, support team development, and ensure safety and quality across all project phases.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in commercial construction trades and settings.
• 3+ years' experience with Electronic Security Systems (ESS).
• Proficient in MS tools such as Excel, Word, etc.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and reinforce installation standards and training across termination, installation, and client interaction.
• Act as primary escalation point for field issues and support timely resolution.
• Monitor onsite performance, productivity and quality, provide feedback for improvement.
• Lead QA/QC activities including monthly reporting, issue tracking and follow-up actions.
