Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in commercial construction trades and settings.
• 3+ years' experience with Electronic Security Systems (ESS).
• Proficient in MS tools such as Excel, Word, etc.
• Demonstrated leadership and efficient workforce management skills.
• Proficient planning abilities for pre-installation preparations and materials coordination.
• Travel up to 25% of the time is required.
• Must possess a valid driver's license in their state of residence.
• Ability to climb ladders and work from elevated platforms, and lift up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and reinforce installation standards across ESS projects.
• Act as the primary escalation point for field issues and ensure timely resolutions.
• Monitor on-site performance, quality, and productivity, guiding improvements.
• Lead QA/QC activities including monthly reporting, issue tracking, and follow-up actions.
• Provide onsite support for integration of access control, CCTV, and intrusion systems.
• Ensure adherence to installation standards, governance, and QA processes across all project phases.
• Mentor and develop team members, supporting growth planning.
• Oversee site safety and ISO-related activities to ensure compliance.
