Job summary

RHA Health Services, LLC is seeking an IDD Quality Assurance Specialist to perform audits across service settings, support QA initiatives and train staff in quality improvement. The role emphasizes accuracy, regulatory compliance, and data-driven decision making.

The position requires a Bachelor's in a human services field and at least five years’ experience with the population served. Hybrid work in St. Charles, MO, with opportunities to impact regional programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a Human Service Field.
• Five or more years of experience with the population served.
• Experience completing record audits, data analysis and writing reports preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct periodic audits of service delivery settings, records, personnel and compliance with regulations and policies.
• Observe ISP implementation and assess home and unit conditions and safety.
• Prepare audit reports and follow-up on corrective actions.
• Support QA/QI committees and provide data analysis for trend identification and QA planning.
• Deliver ongoing training to clinical and management teams on quality improvement.
• Assist in investigations of abuse, neglect, and exploitation as assigned.
• Participate in state/regional meetings and update materials for dissemination.
