Job summary

RHA Health Services, LLC is hiring an IDD Quality Assurance Specialist to conduct periodic audits across service delivery settings and support QA programs. You will review records, observe ISP implementation, and help ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

The role requires a Bachelor's in a human service field, 5+ years' experience with the population served, and the ability to travel. Training duties, data analysis, and reporting are core parts of this position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a Human Service Field.
• Five or more years of experience with the population served.
• Experience completing record audits, data analysis, and writing reports.
• Ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Conduct periodic audits of service delivery settings and records to ensure compliance.
• Review ISP implementation and observe home conditions.
• Participate in QA/QIP planning and data analysis during monthly meetings.
• Provide ongoing training to Clinical and Management teams.
• Assist in investigations of abuse, neglect, and exploitation as assigned.
