RHA Health Services, LLC is seeking an IDD Quality Assurance Specialist to conduct audits of service delivery settings, review records, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. The role includes supporting staff training curricula, and providing oversight to QA activities across multiple units within the region.

• Bachelor’s Degree in a Human Service Field is required.
• Five+ years of experience with the population served.
• Experience with record audits, data analysis and report writing preferred.
• Ability to multi-task and travel as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct periodic audits of service delivery settings, records, personnel and services to ensure regulatory and policy compliance.
• Perform interviews with clients, direct care staff, and management during audits.
• Observe ISP implementation and assess home, unit and vehicle condition for safety and cleanliness.
• Prepare audit reports and follow up on corrective actions.
• Support QAPI meetings with data analysis and trend identification, and help develop QA plans.
