Job summary

Parachute is seeking a Center Quality Assurance Supervisor to manage the QA operations of the Donor Center and supervise quality control while ensuring compliance with all policies and regulations.

You will work with the Center Director to maintain product quality, donor safety, and staff training; oversee audits, product release, and shipments to meet regulatory and customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biological Science, Business Administration, Nursing, Finance, or related field (or equivalent).
• At least 3 years in a cGMP environment with plasma or blood experience or equivalent.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
• Ability to travel by plane or car occasionally.
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and work varied shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct Donor Center quality compliance, audit readiness, and SOP adherence.
• Collaborate with Center Director to maintain product quality, integrity, and safety; donor safety.
• Ensure product meets regulatory and customer requirements and maintain independent quality inspection.
• Oversee audits with quality team and develop corrective action plans as needed.
• Oversee product release and shipment to vendor; ensure regulatory compliance.
