Job summary

Qualifications

• Must understand semiconductor process systems and be able to inspect pipe/tube welds and systems.
• Familiar with field and workshop fabrication/construction protocols and methods.
• Experience with processed piping systems is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate compliance with OSHA, EPA and local regulations and inspect piping, skids, modular systems per project specs.
• Perform NDT, visual and borescope inspections and witness pressure tests, flushing, cleaning and passivation.
• Review and approve Quality Plans, ITPs, PQR, WPS, WPQ, records and weld maps; ensure traceability.
• Upload inspection reports to the project EIDA documentation system and manage NCRs and surveillance logs.
• Verify welders and WPQRs are qualified; monitor welder performance and address trends.
