Job summary

MSR-FSR LLC in Wilson, NC is seeking a QA/QC professional to oversee process piping inspections in a cleanroom setting. You will review quality plans, perform NDT and visual inspections, and ensure compliance with project specifications.

Qualifications

• Understanding of semiconductor process systems including ultra-high purity cleanroom piping.
• Ability to read P&ID and interpret piping systems and instrumentation diagrams.
• Experience in quality inspection and documentation in industrial environments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate compliance with regulatory requirements and inspect piping, equipment, skids, and modular systems per project specs.
• Perform NDT, visual, and other inspections; witness pressure tests and passivation of piping.
• Review and approve Quality Plans, ITPs, PQR, WPS/WPQ; maintain weld maps, PMI, slope checks, logs, and traceability records.
• Upload inspection reports to the project EIDA documentation system.
• Ensure valves, tubing, fittings, and instruments are submitted and approved per drawings and specs.
• Maintain qualification records for NDE personnel and ensure subcontractor inspectors are qualified.
• Initiate Surveillance Reports and NCRs; update NCR log for adverse findings during inspections.
• Assist in turnover package documentation and periodic quality checks on welding performed.
