Msr-Fsr, Llc is seeking a QA/QC specialist focused on Process Piping/Mechanical in Phoenix, Arizona. The ideal candidate will perform quality control inspections within a cleanroom environment, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and maintain thorough documentation.

This role requires a complete understanding of semiconductor processes, familiarity with relevant codes, and CWI certification. Benefits include health care, 401K, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Complete understanding of semiconductor process systems including ultra-high purity.
• Knowledge of fabrication/construction protocols and methods as per industry standards.
• Experience in processed piping systems.

Responsibilities

• Inspect all fabricated and installed piping and mechanical equipment.
• Review and approve Quality Plans and inspection procedures.
• Verify all inspectors are qualified according to project specifications.

Skills

Quality Control inspection

Knowledge of semiconductor process systems

Ability to read P&ID

CWI certification

Familiarity with B31.3 and ASME Section 9

Computer skills (MS Office, Bluebeam)
