Job summary

Michels Infrastructure Solutions, Inc. seeks a QA/QC Manager to lead quality assurance and control across hyperscale data center and infrastructure projects.

You will develop, implement, and maintain project-specific quality programs ensuring compliance with specifications, codes, and customer requirements. This role collaborates with PMs, field ops, engineering, procurement, and commissioning to foster a culture of quality through inspections, testing, documentation, and corrective actions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Quality Management, Civil Engineering, or related discipline.
• 7+ years of quality assurance, quality control, construction management, or related experience.
• Strong understanding of quality management systems, inspection processes, and turnover practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain project quality assurance and quality control programs.
• Oversee inspections and testing activities across civil, utility, structural, electrical, telecommunications scopes.
• Manage NCRs, punch lists, corrective actions, and turnover documentation.
