Job summary

Bureau Technical Services Limited is seeking a QA/QC Manager to oversee the implementation and management of the Quality Control Program at client sites within the Hyperscale Data Center Market. You will coordinate QA/QC activities with MEP trades, GC, and Owner leadership to promote a quality culture and transformational leadership.

The role requires extensive travel (70%), with two-week project cycles on site and weekly home weekends.

Qualifications

• Ability to lead on-site QA/QC for large projects and coordinate across teams.
• Familiarity with codes, regulations, and construction practices.
• Strong documentation and reporting abilities.

Responsibilities

• On-site MEP QA/QC for assigned construction projects.
• Witness site inspections and ensure contractor compliance with quality requirements.
• Coordinate quality issues between design, construction, and operations teams.
• Prepare non-conformance reports and assist in corrective actions.
• Lead and participate in construction meetings and ensure proper closeout.
