Job summary

Project Resource Collective in Minnesota seeks a QA/QC Manager to lead quality assurance and control for hyperscale data center construction. You will partner with construction, safety, commissioning, and trades to align quality with client expectations and mission-critical performance.

This role drives the site QA/QC program, manages a quality team, reviews drawings and submittals, coordinates inspections, tracks KPIs, and oversees NCRs and RCCAs to support timely handover.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of QA/QC management experience in large-scale construction.
• 3+ years on mission-critical or hyperscale data center projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or equivalent, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and implement the site QA/QC program from kickoff through handoff.
• Lead a team of quality professionals responsible for site evaluations, reporting, and planning.
• Conduct inspections with subcontractors and vendors across structural, architectural, civil, and MEP systems.
• Ensure proper inspection and testing of underground utilities, concrete, and steel.
