Job summary

GreenBridge is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead QA/QC on a 48MW+ hyperscale data center construction project. You will own quality planning, inspections, and project quality processes from installation through handover, while coordinating with clients, subcontractors and project leadership.

The role requires a proactive, hands-on leader capable of building and developing a team of approximately five QA/QC professionals in a fast-paced environment with a strong pipeline of work.

Qualifications

• QA/QC management experience with a general contractor or major electrical subcontractor.
• Proven ability to build, develop and lead a team.
• A proactive, hands on leader comfortable working autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA/QC delivery on site for a hyperscale data center project.
• Own quality planning, inspections and project quality processes from installation through handover.
• Work closely with clients, subcontractors and project leadership.
• Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement.
