Job summary

MYR Group is seeking a Quality Assurance/Quality Control Manager in Transmission and Distribution to lead audits, develop QA programs, and educate staff on quality fundamentals. You will ensure compliance with contract specs, NESC/NEC, and client requirements, acting as the primary quality liaison for inspectors on assigned projects.

The position can be at any subsidiary location or at our headquarters in Thornton, CO, with travel to project sites across the US.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in electrical construction quality roles.
• Experience QA/QC supervisory/leadership preferred.
• Strong reading of blueprints and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain QA/QC standard program across Transmission and Distribution.
• Develop and maintain inspection/test plans and project quality plans.
• Manage non-conformance process with root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Review subcontractor and supplier quality submittals and certifications.
• Serve as primary quality liaison with client inspectors and third-party agencies.
