Job summary

MYR Group Inc. is seeking a Quality Assurance/Quality Control Manager in Transmission and Distribution to lead audits, create standardized QA/QC programs, and educate staff on quality fundamentals.

You will ensure compliance with contract specs, NEC/NESC, and client requirements, serving as the primary quality contact for inspectors on projects. The role may be based at any subsidiary location or at the Thornton, CO headquarters, with travel up to 50% to support field projects and ensure

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in electrical construction or QA/QC roles.
• Experience supervising QA/QC staff preferred.
• Knowledge of NESC/NEC and client quality requirements expected.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement a QA/QC standard program across Transmission and Distribution.
• Develop and maintain inspection/test plans and quality management plans.
• Manage non-conformance process including root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Review subcontractor and supplier quality submittals and calibration records.
• Act as primary quality liaison with client inspectors and third-party agencies.
