Job summary

SAMUEL EPC is seeking a QA/QC Inspector to support quality inspections on heavy industrial projects. The role requires five years of formal training and experience in environments such as refineries, petrochemical complexes, and power plants.

The incumbent will read and interpret P&IDs and ISO specs, manage calibration records, supervise testing activities, and coordinate with project teams, clients, subcontractors and craft employees to ensure compliance with contract requirements.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of formal training and experience in heavy industrial projects such as refineries, petro−chemical complexes, power plants, etc.
• Ability to effectively interact with project team members, clients, subcontractors, and craft employees.
• Must be capable of obtaining or possess inspection licenses and/or certifications as required.
• Read, write and communicate using English language sufficient to perform job functions.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality inspections and testing activities per contract requirements.
• Control calibrated measuring and test equipment and maintain calibration records.
• Ensure turnover documentation is complete, organized and delivered on schedule.
• Maintain project quality records and quality audit plans.
• Evaluate subcontractors' facilities for compliance with quality requirements.
• Conduct QA/QC training for site supervision as needed.
• Follow company policies and safety rules; work within precise limits of accuracy.
