ISC Constructors, LLC seeks a QA/QC Manager to lead quality assurance and quality control for electrical and instrumentation construction projects. You will manage the Quality Management System, supervise QA/QC personnel, perform audits, and collaborate with project teams, customers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure quality requirements are met.

The role requires extensive experience in E&I construction, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to review Quality Plans,

Competenze

Significant experience with electrical and instrumentation (E&I) construction, installation, inspection, testing, or QA/QC.
Experience leading or managing construction quality programs and QA/QC personnel.
Knowledge of quality-management systems, audits, inspections, testing, corrective actions, and turnover processes.
Familiarity with NEC and applicable electrical codes and standards.
Ability to review technical drawings, specifications, inspection plans, procedures, and quality documentation.
Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Mansioni

Implement and maintain project Quality Management Plans and quality processes.
Lead, support, and develop QA/QC staff, including coordinators, inspectors, and document-control personnel.
Plan and perform audits and surveillance of construction activities, subcontractors, suppliers, and sub-suppliers.
Identify quality issues, recommend corrective or preventive actions, and track resolution.
Review Quality Plans, Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), procedures, and supplier/subcontractor quality submittals.
Coordinate with project leadership and customers during quality reviews, audits, and issue resolution.
Verify project testing, inspection, and recordkeeping requirements are satisfied.
Maintain control of applicable calibrated measuring and test equipment.
Ensure quality and turnover documentation is complete, organized, and submitted according to project requirements.
Facilitate project quality meetings and communicate quality expectations across project teams.
