Job summary

Green Tanner Industrial Construction seeks a QAQC Coordinator to manage formatting integrity, scheduling, and timely flow of quality documentation across active projects. This role serves as the central point for inspection and test records within Procore and ensures proper transfer of documentation into the client’s ACMS.

You will support field QAQC Superintendents and project teams by maintaining real-time visibility of inspection status, coordinating testing and inspection schedules, and

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating QA/QC documentation on active projects.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to formatting detail.
• Ability to track and report inspection/test status.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enforce QAQC document control workflows.
• Coordinate daily transfer of inspection and test reports between Procore and ACMS.
• Maintain real-time logs of inspection status and closeout submittals.
• Attend project meetings to report testing schedule status and documentation readiness.
• Interface with field teams and third-party contractors to align testing with milestones.
