Job summary

Batchelor & Kimball, a leading mechanical contractor in Georgia, seeks a full-time QA/QC Documentation Specialist to support our Quality Management Team. You will organize, maintain, and verify all quality-related documentation with minimal supervision.

Duties include using Bluebeam Revu and Excel to generate weld maps, review production and weld logs, coordinate the ACC dashboard, file records on OneDrive, and attend quality meetings, ensuring site data fully meets specifications.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Dependable with the ability to work independently.
• Experience in a fast-paced construction office environment.
• Aptitude to learn new systems quickly.
• General Mechanical Systems Knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Operate Bluebeam Revu and Excel to generate, review, and update weld maps.
• Plot site data to verify weld IDs, torque, and joint details meet specs.
• Process daily production and welding logs.
• Review logs for completeness and file them to maintain daily records.
• Act as lead coordinator for the ACC dashboard.
• Log site issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Manage the quality database on OneDrive.
• Organize material certifications, daily logs, and inspection reports.
• Attend essential quality meetings.
