Job summary

Qualifications

• Maintains the Quality Assurance Program Description (QAPD) and ensures implementation of the program.
• Directs activities associated with development and implementation of Quality Assurance policies, procedures and systems.
• Provides leadership and motivation to subordinate personnel.
• Interfaces with management, other locations, auditors and client representatives.

Responsibilities

• Maintains QA programs and ensures compliance with quality standards and budgets.
• Directs QA policies, procedures, and systems development and implementation.
• Plans, schedules, and organizes work to ensure utilization of employees and contract requirements.
• Provides leadership and training for QA personnel and site stakeholders.
• Interacts with internal/external groups, management, auditors and clients to meet quality objectives.
