Job summary

CSL Plasma in Illinois seeks an entry-level Quality Assurance Operations associate. Responsibilities include real-time production floor monitoring, real-time review of batch records, including critical processing steps, and assisting with deviation investigations.

Under direct supervision, you will support cGMP compliance, participate in investigations and training, and contribute to continuous improvement on the production floor.

Qualifications

• Entry-level QA operations requiring understanding of cGMP basics.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to participate in investigations and training.

Responsibilities

• Real-time review of critical in-process steps and batch records.
• Notify supervision of any facility/process/documentation issues immediately.
• Participate in investigation meetings to determine root cause and corrective actions.
• On-call for inspections and GMP-related issue review.
• Assist with training on investigations and GMP changes.
• Support continuous improvement to ensure cGMP compliance.
