Job summary

Responsibilities

• Perform final QA review and release for all shipment and associated documents.
• Ensure center records QA review for thoroughness, accuracy and timeliness.
• Initiate investigation and ensure documentation of regulatory deficiencies; determine corrective actions.
• Maintain training documents and Learning Management System for data integrity and reporting.
• Coordinate and monitor the delivery of training (new hire, annual, retraining).
• Lead internal audits and support external audits by regulators and customers.
