Job summary

CSL Columbus, OH seeks a QA Coordinator to support the Assistant Manager of Quality in monitoring plasma center processes and ensuring compliance with CSL SOPs, CLIA/COLA and FDA regulations. The role will track compliance data, support continuous improvement, and coordinate training at the center.

The position involves QA review, training management, and participation in audits, with a focus on safety and regulatory adherence to support operations and quality goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-year leadership experience in a regulated environment.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with changing priorities and deadlines.
• Understanding of Quality Systems and regulated training requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform final QA review and release shipments meeting customer specifications.
• Maintain center QA documentation, initiate investigations, and determine corrective actions.
• Maintain training documents and Learning Management System data for compliance.
• Schedule and coordinate training (new hire, annual, retraining) to meet regulatory needs.
• Collaborate during audits and host internal/external audits when AMQ is unavailable.
• Identify non-conformities and develop corrective action plans with management.
• Promote Safety, Health, and Environment policies; ensure training is followed.
• Maintain confidentiality of personnel, donor, and center information.
