Job summary

CSL Behring in Illinois is seeking an entry-level Quality Assurance Operations Associate to monitor the production floor in real time and review batch records. You will assist with investigations of deviations and support continuous improvement to ensure compliance with cGMPs, under direct supervision.

Responsibilities include notifying personnel of issues, real-time process monitoring for safety and quality, and participating in root-cause investigations with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Entry-level position in Quality Assurance Operations.
• Experience in cGMP environments beneficial, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Real-time review of in-process steps and production records; notify supervisors of issues.
• Floor monitoring for process adherence, safety, and quality; report findings via eQMS or QA channels.
• Participate in investigations to determine root cause and CAPA actions.
• On-call for inspections and GMP-related issues; provide quality assessment of deviations.
• Assist with training on investigations and GMP changes to production staff.
• Support continuous improvement to ensure cGMP compliance on the floor.
• As appropriate, perform Acceptable Quality Level assessments.
• Comply with CSL Behring safety programs, OSHA requirements, and related mandates.
• Provide awareness training on deviations to department personnel.
