CSL Behring is seeking an entry-level Quality Assurance Operations teammate. The role supports real-time production floor monitoring, batch record review, and documentation across theValue Stream/Department assigned on a 100% onsite basis in Illinois.

You will assist with deviations investigations, cGMP compliance, and continuous improvement under supervision. Responsibilities include real-time monitoring for process adherence, safety, and quality, plus participation in root cause investigations

Qualifications

• 0-2 years' experience in a cGMP regulated environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Attention to detail and accurate record keeping.
• Ability to work under supervision in an entry level role.

Responsabilités

• Real-time review of critical in-process steps and production records.
• Notify manufacturing personnel of facility/process/documentation issues.
• Participate in investigation meetings to determine root cause and CAPAs.
• On-call for inspections and GMP issue assessments.
• Provide training related to deviations and GMP changes.
