Job summary

CSL is seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance role to support the Assistant Manager of Quality in monitoring plasma center processes for compliance with CSL SOPs and regulatory requirements. The position ensures training, documentation, and audits align with CLIA, COLA, FDA, and OSHA standards, while collaborating with center management on continuous improvement.

Key duties include final QA release for shipments, maintaining training records, and coordinating center-wide training programs.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in regulated environments or similar
• Strong customer service skills and communication
• Understanding of Quality Systems and regulated training requirements
• Ability to analyze situations and make decisions under pressure
• Attention to detail and multi-tasking in fast-paced settings

Responsibilities

• Perform final QA review and release for shipments and documents.
• Ensure center QA reviews for thoroughness and timeliness; initiate investigations and determine corrective actions.
• Maintain training documents to comply with CSL procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Manage Learning Management System data integrity and reporting.
• Schedule and coordinate training (new hires, retraining, annual retraining).
• Lead or participate in internal audits; respond to regulatory inquiries and findings.
