Job summary

Qualifications

• Significant QA Manager or QA Lead experience delivering QA for complex web applications.
• Hands-on QA expertise including regression testing and defect tracking.
• Experience leading distributed onshore/offshore QA teams within sprint-based delivery.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication to technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site QA while coordinating offshore team and align with sprint timelines.
• Define and drive QA strategy including regression testing and defect management.
• Partner with automation specialists to integrate automation frameworks.
• Provide QA reporting and stakeholders communication with metrics and risks.
