Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related technical field.
• 8+ years in software quality assurance with 3+ years in leadership.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Semiconductor domain experience, including fab/manufacturing software and equipment integration.
• Knowledge of QA methodologies, SDLC, test automation, and CI/CD.
• Proficiency in C# or Python.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement QA strategy aligned with goals.
• Build, mentor, and lead SQA team.
• Establish KPIs like defect density, escape rate, test coverage.
• Oversee functional, integration, system, and regression testing.
• Lead adoption of test automation frameworks (UI, API, system-level).
