Job summary

Focus Cloud Group in Orlando is seeking an experienced QA Manager to lead quality assurance across a major technology transformation. The role combines on-site QA leadership with hands-on testing, coordinating an offshore team for the programme.

The successful candidate will drive sprint delivery, regression testing, automation alignment and continuous process improvement, working to deliver quality software on a 12-month contract.

Qualifications

• Significant QA Manager or QA Lead experience delivering QA for complex web applications.

A 12-month contract opportunity for an experienced QA Manager to lead quality assurance across a major technology transformation. This role combines on-site QA leadership with hands‑on testing expertise, coordinating a offshore team and supporting a web application programme. The successful candidate will drive sprint delivery, regression testing, automation alignment and continuous process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the QA function on-site, coordinating a predominantly offshore QA team and ensuring quality deliverables remain aligned with sprint and project timelines.
• Define and drive QA strategy, including regression testing, defect management, process documentation and continuous improvement across the programme.
• Partner with automation specialists to support the integration and effective use of automation frameworks within the QA process.
• Provide clear QA reporting and stakeholder communication, including quality metrics, delivery status, risks and defects, while remaining hands‑on with testing during critical delivery periods.

Key Requirements

• Significant QA Manager or QA Lead experience delivering quality assurance for complex web application projects.
• Strong hands‑on QA expertise, including regression testing, defect tracking and practical experience.
• Proven experience leading distributed onshore/offshore QA teams within sprint-based delivery environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to communicate QA status, risks and issues effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
