Job summary

Mobility Global is seeking a Senior QA Engineer to lead quality initiatives across our platforms in New York. You will work with Product, Engineering, and Business stakeholders to evaluate designs and ensure functional and non-functional requirements are met.

The role requires deep expertise in test automation, API testing, cloud technologies (GCP), and agile delivery. You will own regression suites, mentor the QA team, and drive end-to-end testing for complex deployments.

Qualifications

7+ years of Quality Engineering experience.
Proficient across multiple test automation frameworks including front-end UI testing and backend/API validation.
RESTful API design principles and automated API tests in python-based frameworks.
Performance, stress, and throughput testing strategies using modern load testing tools.
Strong experience with relational and non-relational databases and cloud analytics.
Strong knowledge of cloud technologies, preferably Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Experience with Jira or Azure DevOps.
Experience in Agile/Scrum software development.

Responsibilities

Participate in and improve the whole lifecycle of services—from inception and design, through deployment, operation, and refinement.
Lead the release planning process to review functional specifications and create release plans.
Collaborate with software engineers to design and execute end-to-end verification test plans for complex deployments.
Own comprehensive regression test suites across large-scale data pipelines and enterprise applications.
Produce regular reports on the status and quality of software releases and communicate findings clearly.
