Job summary

Deutsche Post DHL Group is seeking a QA Manager I to lead quality assurance activities across site(s) with exposure to regulatory compliance and customer-facing QA initiatives.

The role focuses on maintaining and improving the QA system, managing audits, and developing the QA team while coordinating with stakeholders across the business to deliver compliant and high-quality solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent with 4 years work experience required.
• 3+ years in a regulated environment or ISO 9001 compliant or certified required.
• 1+ years of supervisory or management experience required.
• Manufacturing, Food, Life Sciences, or 3PL Industry experience required.
• Knowledge of FDA, GxPs, ATF, DEA, etc. regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the maintenance and continuous improvement of the quality system across site(s).
• Manage regulatory compliance with regards to products and services; report to executive management.
• Hire, train, and develop quality associates; monitor training for compliance.
• Coordinate with continuous improvement teams to drive improvement workshops.
• Review audits and identify trends in QA metrics; act as primary customer QA contact.
