Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking a QA Manager I to lead quality assurance across single or multiple sites, coordinating with customers and stakeholders to uphold regulatory compliance and quality standards.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 3+ years in regulated environments, plus supervisory experience. You will drive CAPA, audits, training, and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent 4 years of work experience required.
• 3+ years in a regulated environment or ISO 9001 certified required.
• 1+ years of supervisory or management experience required.
• Manufacturing, Food, Life Sciences, or 3PL industry experience required.
• Knowledge of FDA, GxP, ATF, DEA regulations.
• Strong data analysis, written and verbal communication skills.
• Process development and project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee QA across site(s) and customer scope; manage quality initiatives.
• Maintain and improve the quality system: CAPA, audits, SOPs, and docs.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, validation of systems, and change control.
• Hire, train, and develop QA staff; monitor training.
• Prepare regular management reports; monitor quality metrics.
• Coordinate audits with suppliers, customers, and regulators.
• Support global quality initiatives and continuous improvement.
