Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking an Area QA Manager to lead quality assurance across multiple sites and ensure regulatory compliance and process improvements. You will coordinate policy implementation, CAPA, audits and supplier oversight while directing QA resources and initiatives.

You will work with business stakeholders to design and implement robust quality programs, manage validation and change control, and report on performance to executive leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required (4 years work experience acceptable)
• 7+ years of relevant experience in a regulated environment
• 5+ years of supervisory or management experience
• Quality control certification preferred (RAC, Six-Sigma, etc.)
• Strong written and verbal communication; data analysis and training skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee QA activities across multiple sites and risk levels.
• Lead QA initiatives and communicate policy changes.
• Develop and implement site quality policies and procedures.
• Manage validation and change control processes where applicable.
• Coordinate with continuous improvement teams and audits.
• Prepare executive level management reports and metrics.
• Ensure supplier audits and regulatory compliance across sites.
