Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking a QA Manager I to oversee quality assurance activities across sites and customers in a fast-paced environment. You will drive regulatory compliance, CAPA programs, and audits while leading and developing QA staff and coordinating with continuous improvement teams.

You will manage training, performance metrics, and supplier audits, ensuring quality systems meet cGxP, FDA, GxP and customer requirements across complex operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent required; 4 years of work experience acceptable.
• Quality-control certification preferred.
• 3+ years in a regulated environment or ISO 9001 compliant.
• 1+ year supervisory/management experience required.
• Experience in Manufacturing, Food, Life Sciences, or 3PL.
• Familiarity with FDA, GxPs, ATF, DEA regulations.
• Experience training in regulated standards.
• People development and management.
• Process development and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Oversee QA activities across multiple sites and customers.
• Maintain QA system including CAPA, audits, document control.
• Ensure regulatory compliance (FDA, GxP, etc.).
• Lead QA staff training and development.
• Coordinate continuous improvement QA initiatives.
• Review audits and QA metrics trends.
• Primary customer contact for QA issues.
• Prepare regular QA management reports.
• Manage supplier audits and vendor quality.
• Represent QA in customer events as needed.
